Key Responsibilities
1. AI Training Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Development
• Design and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, tutorials, and hands-on workshops.
• Regularly update content to reflect the latest AI techniques, frameworks, and industry best practices.
2. Conducting Training Sessions
• Deliver in-person and virtual workshops on AI concepts, tools, and platforms.
• Customize training programs for different audiences (technical teams vs. non-technical stakeholders).
3. Mentorship and Skill-Building
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams (e.g., data scientists, developers, product managers) on AI implementation.
• Offer ongoing coaching or office hours for employees to reinforce learning and troubleshoot challenges.
4. Knowledge Evaluation and Feedback
• Develop assessments to gauge participants’ understanding and retention of AI concepts.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve training materials and methods.
2. Presales Engineer Responsibilities
1. Technical Discovery and Solution Design
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and challenges.
• Propose AI-driven solutions, architectures, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that meet client needs.
2. Product Demonstrations and Presentations
• Create and deliver technical demos showcasing AI features, business use cases, and ROI.
• Tailor presentations to both technical and executive-level audiences.
3. Proposal & Documentation
• Draft technical proposals, solution outlines, and scope-of-work documents.
• Clearly articulate project timelines, resource requirements, and key deliverables.
4. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
• Serve as a technical liaison during presales conversations to answer deep-dive AI questions.
• Build trust by demonstrating expertise, responsiveness, and clear communication.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams
• Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with company offerings.
• Provide market and client feedback to help shape product roadmap and strategy.
Kualifikasi
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in training machine learning models, data preparation, and preprocessing.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI domains could be a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, etc.).
- Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for training sessions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models.
