As an AI Engineer at Chronicle, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's artificial intelligence initiatives. This position requires a strategic and innovative professional who can shape and execute our AI strategy, ensuring that we harness the full potential of cutting-edge technologies. You will be at the forefront of integrating AI solutions, leading projects from conception to implementation, and fostering a culture of AI awareness and excellence within the company.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the company's AI strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for AI integration to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and innovation.
- Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, tools, and platforms to meet organizational requirements.
- Lead AI projects from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote AI literacy and awareness across the organization.
- Provide training sessions to empower employees with basic AI knowledge.
- Keeping up-to-date with AI industry trends and advancements.
- Oversee the acquisition, preparation, and management of data sets for AI projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Master’s degree or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading AI initiatives and projects.
- Knowledge in machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ethical AI considerations and best practices.
- Willing to relocate to Bali.
