As an Al Automation Engineer, you'll spearhead an Al-first revolution within Dash. You are a catalyst for practical innovation, turning everyday pain points into Al-powered workflows. You help your fellow humans focus on creativity, strategy, and connection (letting Al do the busywork).
Kualifikasi
This role is background-agnostic but builder-focused. Great candidates may come from:
- Software engineering (especially those who've worked on internal tools)
- No-code ops or tech-savvy product managers (ex: heavy Zapier/Airtable users)
- Startup generalists with automation instincts
- Prompt/context engineers or LLM product hackers
