Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Plan and map potential farmers based on commodity and target demand requirements.
Calculate the necessary commodity products required to achieve our targets
Review the feasibility study of the surveyed land, which includes soil analysis, timelines, cost estimation, productivity assessments, harvest planning, plantation planning, revenue estimation, and profit-sharing analysis.
Control and monitor of the Farming’s Projects such as provide advice and develop action plans related to R&D initiatives.
Oversee and enhance operations efficiently, including the management of manpower, equipment, logistics, etc.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor degree (S1) from Agriculture, Agribusiness, and Agronomy
Minimum 2 years of experience in same position
Proficient in computer literary (Ms. Office)
Familiarity with crops, pesticides, agriculture, agritech, and business development is an advantage
Willing to travelling
