Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support Agile Scrum assessment activities to identify current implementation practices, challenges, and improvement areas.
- Assist in evaluating Agile ceremonies, Scrum roles, artifacts, team collaboration, tools, and delivery processes.
- Support the development of Agile Maturity Level assessments and documentation of identified gaps.
- Assist in preparing and implementing Agile improvement roadmaps based on assessment findings.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to Scrum teams in applying Agile and Scrum practices effectively.
- Assist Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other team members in understanding their roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitate and/or support Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Support backlog refinement, backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, and monitoring of sprint progress.
- Provide hands-on assistance in resolving day-to-day Agile implementation issues and impediments.
- Support teams in optimizing the use of Agile tools for backlog management, sprint planning, progress tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
- Conduct Agile refreshment, knowledge-sharing, and best-practice sessions for team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor sprint performance, delivery progress, identified issues, and improvement actions.
- Assist in preparing Agile implementation reports, assessment results, recommendations, and progress updates.
- Support the creation and standardization of Agile templates, guidelines, workflows, and other supporting documents.
- Work closely with the Senior Agile Consultant/Agile Coach to ensure consistent implementation of Agile practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.
- Participate in onsite and online escorting activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum implementation, Agile consulting, Scrum Master, or related roles.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Technology, or other relevant fields.
- Possess at least one of the following certifications:
- Professional Scrum Master I/II (PSM I/II)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
- Relevant SAFe certification (SA)
- Good understanding of Agile mindset and Scrum framework.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams.
- Understanding of Agile roles, events, artifacts, backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in Agile assessment, coaching, mentoring, or process improvement is preferred.
- Familiar with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite
