- Provide training to employees on the agile process
- Help teams navigate Agile tools and software
- Coach Agile teams in methodology
- Develop standards and requirements for the Agile process
- Help team members to cultivate an Agile mindset
Kualifikasi
- All professional background is encouraged to apply
- Min. 3 years of experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile cadence
- Having Agile Certification is a plus point
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA, TRELLO, MIRO, CLOCKIFY, and Google
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time Management and planning skills
