Deskripsi Pekerjaan
· Develop and establish cooperative relationships with major Indonesian industrial and commercial real estate developers.
· Prepare and sign Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with real estate developers and potential partners.
· Conduct information analysis and gather national policies related to various industries.
· Perform simple feasibility studies for potential real estate projects.
· Create project profile presentations and present the value of potential projects to management.
Kualifikasi
· Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Experienced as a business development professional in Real Estate developer or as a property consultant
· Experienced as a Real Estate agent is a must, Industrial agent is preferred
· Experienced as a Real Estate sales also will be considered
· Extensive network in Real Estate business and government sectors is highly desirable.
· Familiarity with Real Estate financial modelling and feasibility studies.
· Knowledge of real estate transactions, development, and procedural flows.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to find solutions and communicate them clearly.
· Strong networking, agent coordination skill and great leadership
· Proficient in English is a MUST; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
