  • Completely answer customer questions regarding the required information
  • Listen to customer complaints and provide solutions to customers according to company regulations and policies
  • Complete customer requests according to the authority
  • Help customer's in a professional and efficient manner
  • Notify the Team Head immediately if there is a special case that must be resolved
  • Record or create customer logs regarding complaints handling reports and customer instructions
  • Maintain the good image of the company's name


  • Understand knowledge about the company's products
  • Experience in the same field
  • Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers
  • High problem solving and priority skills
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work on shifting, early morning, public holidays, and flexible
  • Have a typing test of at least 50 Word Per Minutes (WPM)
  • Have SKCK
