Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensuring day to day operations and achieving product sales targets
- Prepare campaign programs for after sales and accessories
- Regular monitoring of Customer Loyalty Management events or activities
- Exploring fresh ideas for improvements and enhancements
- Responsible for supporting accessories supply, analyzing accessories trends & traffic, and managing accessories omzet regularly
- Support and promote the CS agenda and regular events
- Responsible for managing technical FAQs & after sales into websites, social media, branches, and others
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Management, Marketing, Management, and Statistics
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, Retail, or E-Commerce
- Good understanding of electronics products or retailers industry
