Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, including creator agencies and micro to macro affiliates
- Manage affiliates on the e-commerce platform to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze affiliates performance and build strategies accordingly
- Discuss with the e-commerce team and build strategies for each affiliates, including product differentiation, commission, and other support
- Identify potential affiliate partners and recruit new affiliate partners
- Generate reports on affiliate partner performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience with affiliate marketing systems and backend, including but not limited to seller centers, tracking links, creatives, and reporting
- Have a deep understanding of the affiliate marketing industry and a solid understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a team
- Strong ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented
