Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate channel across relevant platforms (blogs, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners, especially within the beauty and lifestyle niche.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to track ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns by providing creatives, copy, exclusive codes, and product updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
- Manage affiliate platforms/tools and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Stay up to date with trends in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and the beauty industry.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or similar
- Experience working with beauty, skincare, or cosmetic brands is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
