Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Optimize the performance of the affiliate program to drive sales growth across marketplace platforms (such as TikTok Shop and Shopee).
- Manage and monitor the activities of affiliates who promote the company’s products.
- Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales generated from affiliates.
- Identify and recruit potential affiliates to join the company’s affiliate program.
- Maintain communication with affiliates regarding product information, promotions, campaigns, and sales updates.
- Track and monitor affiliate performance including sales performance, commission, and promotional activities.
- Analyze affiliate performance data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to support affiliate campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or e-commerce marketing.
- Familiar with affiliate programs on marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop or Shopee.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales and campaign performance data.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with affiliates and internal teams.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystems.
