Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage daily e-commerce operations on Tokopedia, Shopee and TikTok Shop
Monitor and ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and returns management
Handle product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
Analyze platform performance and use data-driven insights to improve processes and increase sales
Handle and resolve operational issues, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business strategies and compile performance reports
Coordinate promotion campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled efficiently

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field from reputable University (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
Fluent in English is mandatory
Have knowledge to managing marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
Knowledge of industry trends and competitors in the e-commerce market
Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions
Have familiarity with Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
