We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Officer who not only understands affiliate marketing, but already has a strong database of affiliates/KOLs and can activate them to drive revenue through social commerce and marketplace channels.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow the affiliate database by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing affiliates (creators, KOLs, communities, publishers) aligned with the company’s target audience.
- Utilize existing affiliate contacts and networks to quickly activate partnerships and campaigns across key platforms (e.g., marketplace affiliates, social commerce, content creators).
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have the right information, assets, and incentives to perform.
- Negotiate commission structures, bonus schemes, and campaign packages with affiliates to achieve win–win outcomes and stay within budget.
- Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate campaigns to achieve sales, traffic, and ROI targets, coordinating with internal marketing, creative, and product teams.
- Monitor affiliate performance (traffic, conversion, revenue, ROI), identify low- and high-performing partners, and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines, campaign terms, and platform policies, and flag any fraud/suspicious activity.
- Prepare regular reports and insights on affiliate performance, key metrics, and opportunities, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on affiliate and social commerce trends, platforms, and best practices to continuously improve the program.
Kualifikasi
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/influencer management, digital marketing, or social commerce.
- Proven track record managing an affiliate or creator database (e.g., KOLs, communities, publishers) and activating them for campaigns.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing deals, setting commission schemes, and handling objections.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics (clicks, conversions, revenue, ROI) and using tools such as Excel/Spreadsheets and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with creators/KOLs and partners.
- Strong planning and organizing capability, able to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, or marketplace affiliate features is a plus.
- Experience in social commerce, live shopping, or e-commerce brands is an advantage.
