Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and recruit new affiliates in TikTok through direct contact (WhatsApp or email) or via platforms such as TikTok MCN dashboard as well as via TikTok
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs based on client briefs, or run based on campaigns created
- Brief selected affiliates, distribute samples and monitor their performance
- Monitor and track affiliate performance affiliate campaigns
- Foster strong relationships with affiliates by providing timely support, addressing concerns, and optimizing partnerships for mutual benefit
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Operational and technical knowledge of TikTok affiliates and the TikTok MCN dashboard is desirable
- Adaptability in learning new tools, such as the TikTok MCN Dashboard
- Enjoys exploring new trends, specifically on TikTok, and generally across other marketplaces such as Shopee
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Creative thinker with proficient interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang.
- Able to commit to a minimum 3-month intern period
