Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and recruit new affiliates in TikTok through direct contact (WhatsApp or email) or via platforms such as TikTok MCN dashboard as well as via TikTok
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs based on client briefs, or run based on campaigns created
- Brief selected affiliates, distribute samples and monitor their performance
- Monitor and track affiliate performance affiliate campaigns
- Foster strong relationships with affiliates by providing timely support, addressing concerns, and optimizing partnerships for mutual benefit
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing
Kualifikasi
- Operational and mechanical knowledge of TikTok affiliates and TikTok MCN dashboard
- Basic office apps such as MS Office or Google Office Solutions with a focus on spreadsheets
- Adaptability in learning new tools such as TikTok MCN Dashboard
- Likes to explore new trends, specifically on Tiktok, generally on other marketplaces such as Shopee
- Able to commit a 3.5 month of freelance
