About the Job:

As the Affiliate & Partnership Marketing at Baltini, you will drive growth by leading our affiliate and partnership marketing strategies. You'll build strong relationships with influencers, media partners, and content creators while optimizing campaigns to maximize reach and revenue. This role is perfect for a proactive marketer with a passion for fashion, affiliate marketing expertise (especially with Rakuten), and a data-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy & Management: Design, implement, and oversee the affiliate and partnership marketing programs, developing monthly, quarterly, and yearly roadmaps aligned with KPI goals and revenue targets.
  • Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with new affiliates, including content creators, influencers, and businesses, while maintaining ongoing communication with existing affiliates.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with Baltini’s brand and business objectives, developing relationships with media partners and relevant organizations.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop promotional materials tailored for affiliates and partners. Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns, promotions, and activation contests.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track and analyze the performance of affiliates and partnerships to measure effectiveness and ROI. Adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize future campaigns and ensure program success.
  • Content & Creative Management: Conduct quarterly reviews of creative content, including banners and newsletters, refreshing materials to keep them current and engaging for affiliate and partnership channels.
  • Compliance & Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with all partners and affiliates. Monitor compliance with industry standards, company policies, and protected keywords, addressing any non-compliant activities.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies to innovate and stay ahead in affiliate and partnership marketing tactics.
  • Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates, reports, and calls to affiliates, partners, and internal teams, sharing insights on program performance, marketing opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Innovation & Strategic Adjustment: Implement innovative strategies to enhance the affiliate and partnership programs, utilizing performance data and market research to adjust approaches and drive continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management within the fashion industry.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience working with Rakuten and a strong proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and data analysis tools.
  • Strategic Partnership Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships and affiliate programs, with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong external relationships.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing tools; familiarity with CRM systems and other marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
