Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage advertising campaigns on digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Search, Google Display, and YouTube Ads.
- Conduct tests and analyses to identify the most effective campaigns and creative content (Winning Campaign & Winning Creative) on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
- Perform continuous testing and optimization to improve conversion performance throughout the customer journey (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Provide creative ideas, implement strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve established targets.
- Assist the team in gathering and analyzing data, then turning it into data-driven strategic decisions.
- Execute advertising campaigns as agreed upon with the team and prepare reports for evaluation and discussion to optimize ad performance.
Kualifikasi
- Able to work independently without needing constant direction or supervision, always seeking opportunities to act proactively and take initiative.
- Have experience running advertising campaigns with a minimum budget of IDR 5 million; background in reselling or dropshipping is preferred.
- Strong self-leadership skills, with experience in leadership roles considered a plus.
- Highly motivated and eager to develop and execute innovative and effective marketing ideas.
- Passionate about digital marketing and always striving to discover new ways to achieve optimal advertising results.
- Able to work collaboratively with the team to implement ideas efficiently and on time.
- Open to trying new strategies in digital marketing development.
- Willing to be located in BSD, Tangerang.
