Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and creative development to monitoring and optimization.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tiktok Ads Manager, and Shopee Ads Dashboard.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align ads with brand identity and business objectives.
Effectively manage advertising budgets across platforms to ensure optimal results at minimal cost.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Optimize budget allocation to maximize efficiency and performance across all ad channels.
Prepare regular reports on advertising metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, ROAS, etc.) and provide insights to management for actionable decision-making.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital ads in Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in e-commerce or retail (fashion, beauty, FMCG) is a plus
