As an Ads Specialist, you will:
- Develop, execute, and manage digital ads on platforms like Meta Ads CPAS, various TikTok format, and E-Commerce ads
- Optimize campaigns and managing ads budget
- Monitor daily performance metrics and KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Analyze and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
Kualifikasi
- 2-3 years of experience in a ads and performance marketing, preferably in FMCG or the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge in developing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, E-Commerce Ads.
- Experience with data processing tools, such as Looker Studio and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability in programmatic advertising and Marketplace Ads.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketing and retail performance.
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Willing to do WFO in Tebet, South Jakarta
