As an Ads Lead, you will:
- Lead and manage the digital ads team to ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, affiliate, marketing, and live streaming teams to align campaign messaging and promotional strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness across digital platforms.
- Manage advertising channels including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ads (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Allocate and optimize ad budgets to maximize ROAS, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Track and analyze advertising performance across platforms using dashboards and analytics tools.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ads.
- Strong experience in performance marketing for e-commerce brands.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and achieving ROAS and conversion targets.
- Familiarity with advertising dashboards, analytics tools, and tracking platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
