Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct telemarketing activities to offer company products/services
- Handle admission and sales processes, from explaining programs/products, follow-ups, to closing
- Manage and maintain lead and customer databases systematically
- Provide excellent service to prospective customers and respond to inquiries regarding products/services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular reports on telemarketing activities, sales achievements, and admission progress
- Focus on achieving monthly sales targets & KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably:
- Business Management / Business Administration, Marketing / Communication, Public Relations, Psychology, Tourism / Hospitality
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Admission, or Telemarketing
- Experienced in telemarketing, outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and closing sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Able to work in a target-oriented environment, both individually and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / CRM tools (e.g., Mekari Qontak is a plus)
- Professional appearance, confident, and highly proactive
