Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers on a daily basis.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including monthly reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Manage and file invoices, receipts, and other financial documents in an organized manner.
- Support payroll processing by calculating applicable deductions and verifying payroll documentation.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits and tax filings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Employer.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Accounting, Finance, or Business-related fields are an asset).
- Graduates from top universities are strongly preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, administration, or finance is an asset, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Chinese language proficiency is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Able to work responsibly and independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to transition to on-site work once the local office is established.
