Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Monitor and track marketing expenses to maintain budget control.
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, legal, and other functions for marketing administration.
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external parties for smooth operations.
- Process all marketing documents (PR, EVF, CAS, RF, etc.) with relevant functions to ensure operational excellence.
- Handle administration for travel, procurement, and PKS issuance to support marketing operations.
- Manage and monitor the database of processed documents.
- Apply self-leadership in daily tasks and foster team collaboration.
- Implement corporate values to create a supportive work environment.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Associae Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in any Major
- 1-2 years of experience as Admin is a plus, Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Skilled / Competence in Ms. Office and Data Management
