Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints
- Coordinate and accelerate the process of export/import shipping
- Following up with forwarders, customs, and other related parties
- Checking and processing invoice documents from vendors
- Monitoring shipment progress and prepare shipment reports for senior management
- Keep a meticulous record of shipment information
Kualifikasi
Shipping Coordinator Requirements:
- Education min. D3 in business management, logistics or another relevant field
- At least 1 years of experience in dealing with EMKLs or Forwarders
- Fluent in English is an advantage (written and spoken)
- Familiar in dealing with export/import and customs processes
- Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel & Ms. Outlook)
- Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required
- Excellent time management skills & ability to multitask
- Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude
