Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Receiving documents from Agency and LAMP Area
2. Distribute documents to the Brand Team and Innovation Team
3. Process Routing approval Media Plan documents and Media Actual to Brands Team & Director
4. Monitoring & Input file excel Data Base Media Plan
5. Create and input Invoice Tracking
6. Distribute document RFP, Settlement, Reimbursement to respective division
7. Submission process PR/PO at Coupa System
8. Submission Admin Coupa for RFP agencies
9. Submission Admin Coupa Reimbursement/Settlement to assist Category Head & Brand Manager
10. Assist Brand Team to process arrangement Delivery product sample
11. Book & Issued Flight and Hotel via Traveloka Go Application/Travel Agent via Coupa Application
Kualifikasi
- Work Experience expert as a Administrative
- Working Experience 2 - 3 years
- Has a good verbal & written communication skills
- Demonstrate strong - problem solving
- Shows strong emotional resilience and the ability to stay calm and effective under demanding conditions
- Educational: Diploma 3 or Bachelor's Degree
