Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Coordinate training and onboarding for new Beauty Advisors.
Manage BA data, uniforms, and communication with distributors.
Monitor and recap BA sell-out and distributor sell-in data.
Prepare simple distributor and sales project reports.
Support sales events and business reviews.

Kualifikasi

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
Minimum less 2 year experience in sales admin, trade marketing, or beauty retail support.
Familiar with Beauty Advisor operations and distributor coordination.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
Detail-oriented, organized, and good in communication.
Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
