- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients with their administrative needs
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Willing to be located in Canggu/Uluwatu
- Willing to work in shift.
