Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menyusun dan mencatat data produksi, yang biasanya meliputi catatan dan laporan volume produksi, konsumsi bahan baku, kontrol kualitas, dan aspek lainnya.
- Menyusun dan merekam data produksi dari berbagai dokumen, seperti pesanan pelanggan, tiket kerja, spesifikasi produk, dan lembar produksi pekerja individu.
- Mengikuti prosedur pencatatan yang ditentukan, menggunakan komputer, dan alat tulis lainnya.
- Mengelola dokumen yang digunakan dan disiapkan dengan baik dan terorganisasi.
- Membuat salinan atau hasil scan korespondensi atau dokumen lainnya.
- Mengarsipkan dokumen produksi baik secara elektronik atau dalam bentuk hard copy.
- Menjawab telepon dan memberikan informasi kepada penelepon atau mengalihkan panggilan ke petugas yang sesuai.
- Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan/atau vendor, sebagaimana ditugaskan.
- Memberikan dukungan administratif ke berbagai departemen dan fungsi, yang dapat mencakup produksi, penjualan, quality control, pembelian, layanan pelanggan, dan keuangan.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk melengkapi dan memelihara semua persyaratan terkait pengiriman, seperti dokumen dan pengaturan pengiriman.
Kualifikasi
- Lulusan SMK atau Sarjana dari berbagai jurusan
- Menguasai rumus-rumus Microsoft Excel
- Minimal Pengalaman 1 tahun (Internship maupun Fulltime)
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Tangerang
