Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collecting Project invoices.
- Recapitulating project administration
- Recapitulating finance settlements.
- Monitoring event budgets.
- Filing and managing project data.
- Communicating and coordinating with the finance team.
- Attending and working directly on-site to assist with event administration when needed.
- Maintaining a flexible schedule to work with the team according to project needs.
Kualifikasi
- Candidates must possess at least a diploma degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (preferably from an event organizer company).
- Knowledge of proposals, events CEB/RAB (Rancangan Anggaran Belanja), etc.
- Thorough, responsive, honest, and willing to learn.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passionate about Esports/Gaming/Event Industry will be a plus.
