Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Client Onboarding
- Conduct initial onboarding processes for users (account setup, system access, authorization, and data entry).
- Provide basic training on system usage and the admin panel.
- Develop onboarding guides tailored to user roles.
- Perform technical readiness checks prior to implementation.
- Prepare onboarding reports and track user completion status.
- Manage implementation schedules based on client requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality of merchant data.
IT Support
- Support IT requirements, including devices and related tools.
- Create and update IDEKU product manuals.
- Provide regular updates and submit task reports bi-weekly.
- Take a proactive approach by asking questions, seeking information, and staying updated on ongoing project developments.
Kualifikasi
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in administrative tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.).
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive, initiative-driven, and able to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in onboarding or administration is an advantage.
