Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Administration.
- Updating, sorting, stacking and keep of record and filling system of Marketing Division File.
- Responsible for filing management, ensuring confidentiality and ease of retrieval for reports, correspondence, and statistics.
- Coordinate with all Marketing Team to ensure invoicing & packages.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must own at least a Diploma Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
- At least 1 year of working experience in admin position.
- Able to operate Accurate Software, SAP, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in operating pivot features is a plus.
- Able to work with teams and individuals.
- Excellent in Administration , detail, systemic and strong in communication skills.
