Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Administration.
Updating, sorting, stacking and keep of record and filling system of Marketing Division File.
Responsible for filing management, ensuring confidentiality and ease of retrieval for reports, correspondence, and statistics.
Coordinate with all Marketing Team to ensure invoicing & packages.

Kualifikasi

Candidate must own at least a Diploma Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
At least 1 year of working experience in admin position.
Able to operate Accurate Software, SAP, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in operating pivot features is a plus.
Able to work with teams and individuals.
Excellent in Administration , detail, systemic and strong in communication skills.
