Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Role and Responsibilities:
- Filing and scanning legal documents (agreements, letters, licenses)
- Preparing the administrative need of the Legal Team, including regulatory update
- Ensure of administrative request (signature requests, agreement, etc)
- Assist daily operations of the legal team
- Monitor the updating of the Company’s Legal document
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Law from reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong academic reports and work experience is a plus
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with team
