As a Admin Klaim NKA, you will:
- Receive, verify, and process claims submitted by Key Account customers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all claim documents are complete and meet requirements.
- Ensure claims are processed in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Monitor claim status and provide updates to clients when necessary.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of all claim documents within the management system.
- Record and report claims regularly and accurately.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and claim analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Min. 1-2 year of experience as Claim Admin or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Prior experience or strong interest in the beauty industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
