Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the management of inventory for assigned areas.
- Keep key stakeholders apprised of delivery status.
- Manage, review, analyze, verify, ship, stock, purchase, quality check, and manufacture materials.
- Provide assistance to various departments to troubleshoot inventory and promotion issues that require higher level consideration and knowledge.
- Engage professionally and thoroughly with warehousing, quality, sales, procurement, and finance departments to ensure inventory status and accuracy is appropriately supported throughout the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge of inventory control principles.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and forecasting.
- Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required.
- Proficient competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable) is required.
