Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Handles customer returns from dealers and marketplaces, including inspecting items, checking expiration dates, and separating returned goods from rejects. Updates return data in the system, manages return and reject warehouses, and coordinates approvals with relevant teams. Prepares and archives related return and exchange documents.
Kualifikasi
- Pria, usia maksimal 26 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau setara
- Menguasai penggunaan software Accurate
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memenuhi target
- Bersedia bekerja Senin sampai Sabtu, pukul 09.00–17.00 WIB
