Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Administrative Support: Manage communication and coordinate with the Department of Fisheries on the official documents
2. Inventory Management: Support in monitoring and managing inventory levels of supplies and equipment. Work closely with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of essential items. Keep accurate records of inventory transactions.
3. Facility Maintenance: Assist in coordinating maintenance and repairs of farm facilities and equipment. Report any issue promptly and follow up on their resolution.
4. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any supply-related issues.
5. Assist HR: Submit the report on time (Manpower, OT, Leave and vacation)
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Knowledge of basic accounting, inventory tracking, and procurement processes.
- Strong organizational skills in data recording, filing, and report preparation.
- Experience handling HR administrative tasks, travel arrangements, or site documentation is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
- A team player with a positive attitude and integrity.
