Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What You Will Do:
- Melakukan monitoring rutin terhadap penggunaan dan biaya cloud untuk identifikasi kenaikan abnormal
- Membantu pembuatan laporan bulanan, forecasting, dan cost breakdown per project/customer
- Mengumpulkan dan memverifikasi data billing dari console masing-masing provider cloud
- Mendukung proses rekonsiliasi invoice dan memastikan kesesuaian antara usage–invoice–tagging
- Mendukung tim dalam mengelola budget, alerts, dan cost optimization dasar
- Menjawab pertanyaan dasar terkait billing dari internal team atau customers
- Membantu analisis sederhana terkait kenaikan biaya, perubahan SKU, atau penggunaan resources yang tidak wajar
- Mendokumentasikan proses dan temuan terkait isu billing.
- Bekerja sama dengan Cloud Engineer, Customer Success, dan Finance untuk memastikan billing berjalan lancar
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking For:
- Fresh graduate atau maksimal 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang IT, Cloud, Billing/Finance, atau operasi teknis
- Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Ekonomi, IT, Sistem Informasi, Akuntansi, atau terkait
- Memahami konsep dasar cloud computing (VM, storage, network, database, SKUs)
- Familiar dengan minimal satu cloud provider (Google Cloud/AWS/Azure) lebih disukai
- Mampu menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, dasar analisis data)
- Detail-oriented dan memiliki kemampuan analitis yang baik
- Mampu membaca dan memahami invoice teknis/usage report
- Komunikatif dan mampu menjelaskan data dengan sederhana
- Kemampuan time management yang baik
- Proaktif mencari anomali atau potensi masalah billing
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim lintas fungsi
- Full WFO di Wisma 46, Jakarta Selatan
- Kontrak 1 tahun
