Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Handle all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.
- Oversee the use and management of the SAP Accounting System for accounting processes.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts; conduct variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and process improvements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit requirements are met.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Accounting System and proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
