As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team and contribute to our growth journey.
We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven Accounting Supervisor to oversee our daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can manage the accounting team, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and play a crucial role in financial reporting and analysis. You will be instrumental in maintaining our financial health and providing key insights to support our strategic decisions, including reporting to our investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the day-to-day activities of the accounting team
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Process and analyze large volumes of financial data to create comprehensive and insightful reports for management and investors.
- Efficiently utilize and manage all accounting functions within the Odoo ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparation and submission of tax filings (PPN, PPh).
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and other relevant parties.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements for accounting processes and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an Accounting Supervisor or a similar senior-level accounting role.
- Hands-on experience and high proficiency with Odoo ERP, specifically the accounting module, is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing detailed financial reports, dashboards, and analysis for investor review.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for advanced data processing and analysis.
