Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting reports.
- Perform balancing and reconciliation of financial reports (general ledger, bank reconciliation, and supporting schedules)
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data in the reporting process.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
- Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Verify and monitor accounting transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with related departments regarding financial data and reporting requirements
- Assist in audit processes by preparing required documents and explanations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / related field
- Experience in accounting or finance min. 2 years is preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and account reconciliation.
- Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
- Familiar with SAP
