Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Record general journal transactions (inventory purchases, supplies, utilities) using Accurate system.
- Compile and analyze monthly sales reports from EDC (debit, QR, etc.), including administrative fee deductions.
- Calculate and prepare PB1 tax reports in accordance with sales turnover.
- Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets (computers, equipment, furniture).
- Manage petty cash and ensure entries are supported by physical evidence.
- Perform bank reconciliations with bookkeeping journals.
- Process stock opname results and prepare adjustment journals.
- Calculate employee salaries and input payroll data into the Accurate system.
- Prepare supporting data and documents for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education D3/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 1–2 years of working experience in accounting.
- Proficient in using Accurate system (mandatory).
- Good understanding of basic taxation (PB1, Final Income Tax).
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to work under deadlines.
