Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Prepare and process various financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required Certifications: Certified Brevet A & B.
  • Required Skills: Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
