Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
- Assist with audits conducted by internal or external auditors.
- Provide support to other members of the accounting team as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounting department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of working experience as Accounting Staff.
- Proficiency in accounting software and microsoft excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling sensitive financial information.
