Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collecting invoice issued by Finance and input the journal entries, create AR Report
- Checking the content of the submission and documents uploaded by requestor in system
- Requesting the bank Statement to finance team & input transaction to system
- Creating the journal voucher to System Monthly
- Monthly Reconcile the Bank Statement
- Preparing the list of accured expenses, inputting them to system monthly, Create Accrue Report
- Preparing fixed assets monthly report & running depreciation
- Preparing COGS report
- Tax Reconciliation
Kualifikasi
- At least have 2 years' experience in accounting and finance
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
- Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
- Impeccable understanding of financial statements
- Good understanding about Tax Reconciliation
