Lead accounting and financial reporting in accordance with PSAK and group policies.
Manage tax compliance, including PPh and PPN.
Oversee OJK regulatory reporting and act as the key liaison for regulatory matters.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
Partner with commercial, risk, and product teams on financial and business decisions.
Drive finance process improvements and automation.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5–7 years of finance/accounting experience, including 2+ years in consumer finance, multifinance, digital lending, or financial services.
Strong hands-on experience with OJK reporting and PSAK.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
Advanced Excel skills.
Fluent in English.
Big 4 experience and CPA/Brevet certification are strong advantages.
