🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Lead monthly and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Review and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts to maintain the accuracy of financial records.
- Ensure accounting transactions and journal entries comply with Company Policies and PSAK.
- Prepare financial reports, analyze key account movements, and recommend improvement action plans.
- Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audit processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, PSAK, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in Cost Accounting/Costing is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
- SAP experience will be an advantage.
