We are looking Accounting, Costing Supervisor/Lead for our Factory Location Sukabumi. Cidahu.
Responsible
- Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Prepare and review standard costing for each style/product, including fabric, trims, CMT, and overhead
- Monitor and control actual vs. standard cost, including variance analysis
- Collaborate with the Merchandising, Production, and Purchasing teams in the costing process
- Control raw material, labor, and overhead usage to ensure alignment with budget
- Evaluate production efficiency and provide cost-saving recommendations
- Prepare periodic costing reports (weekly/monthly) for management
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for production costs
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls
- Participate in internal and external audits related to costing
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/costing, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing costing concepts, including COGM, COGS, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Knowledge of garment production processes, including fabric, cutting, sewing, and finishing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, and basic data analysis)
- Able to work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, and Purchasing teams
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive in identifying cost efficiency opportunities
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
