Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Maintain filing systems for financial documents (both digital and physical).
  • Support audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance/Accounting Manager.

Kualifikasi

  • Proficient in Mandarin is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in accounting is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or others).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
