Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of Accounting Department
- Review all payment documents to vendors and suppliers
- Review cash advance listing Prepare reconciliation subledger
- Prepare any supporting data requested by the external auditor.
- Incharge for Inventory Stock Opname & Fixed Asset Stock Opname
- Prepare tax & audit requirement for audit reconciliation
- Liaising with external auditors on audit related matters
- Prepare journal entries & approval for adjustment yearly fiscal closing (Salary accrue, point, actuaria report)
- Becoming person in charge for monthly closing process
- Prepare journal entries for adjustment, loan, management fee, royalty for closing purpose
- Maintain and do the journal entries for Fixed Asset
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree programs in Economy Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years in Assistant Manager level preferable experience in retail industry.
- Good communication and negotiation, accounting standard, tax regulation, office application computer, presentation.
- Language skill: Business English
- Characteristic: strong leadership behavior, strong analysis, detail & deadline oriented, multitasking, can work independently or as a team.
- Preferable have experience as an auditor
